Viewpoint: Vote against Alamo Heights City Hall bond proposal

On Nov. 3, the city of Alamo Heights is seeking voter approval for a $10.3 million bond issue to completely raze the entire existing municipal complex City Hall/police station, City Council chambers, fire station and the iconic "tin man" water tower.
