We would like to less about what a lousy drunk Cordova is and more about the he has done to devastate this family. Once a drunk always a drunk, he has been at it apparently all his life and he will use alcolhol as an excuse to get away with everything. Drunks have no feelings they just claim black outs. I hope he never sees daylight again.

I had just seen Mark and Deb last weekend at Harley Davidson, happy and smiling. Who would ever dream in their worst nightmare that I would never see Mark again. I am so sick of DWI. I have dealt with it since my family got killed by Dana Pabst and it still sends chills thru me. What is the answer? I saw numerous DWI stops and he still got through. Can NM babysit all these alcolhics. They have to take responsibility for themselves and use commonsense. Stay off the rode. Once they are the road it is to late, they are going to kill someone or themselvs. I thanked the officers for stopping us and doing their job, but they can only do so much. Now the judicial system has to do theirs.

Very sorry for your loss. We were gonna ride to SantaFe last weekend but decided against it because of all the wind. What is more scarier than wind is a drunk ah that swerves in your lane. Whether or not in a car or a bike.

All I can say about this tragedy is that drunk driver or not, New Mexico has terrible drivers. Period. I cannot tell you how many times I've had near misses with idiots in this State that decide to take a left at the last minute while they are in the far right lane on a three lane busy road. Turning is an afterthought. There is no preparation for turns, no blinkers ... so, add this type of driving when they are SOBER to a few beers and you have disaster. I've never experienced such negligent, rude and ruthless driving EVER, anywhere. My heart goes out to Deb because she's laying in a hospital bed fighting for her life and can't go to her husband's funeral. And when it all sinks in for her? I just don't know how a person can go on. They rode because they loved to ride and that was taken from them by one of the millions of stupid careless drivers here in New Mexico who have no regard for anybody but themselves behind the wheel of a car. I've never experienced so many selfish self-centered rude drivers as I have here in the State of New Mexico. I'm am SO mourning for these two that you cannot even imagine. The drunks always live.
