Missing Victoria Gallegos, age 22, with infant,female,last seen at party/tracy s. klain/& orlando gallegos 7/12/09, 7pm. There was alcohol served, mother on medication, has mental health issues. Child may be in danger. If you have any information - please call the santa fe county sheriff's department or the tesuque tribal police department. Child had no car seat, formula, diapers,extra clothing, food. Please forward. Urgent - Critical

Female was located. Prosecution is conducting an investigation. Child is in supervision of Children Youth & Families, State of New Mexico. A sad sorry shame. No child deserves to be mistreated. Looks like people used the power of idocy rather than ethical policy.
