Casino's Lounge Losing Customers

Here is a good one for you - yesterday afternoon a couple who was staying in the parking lot with their huge motor home (easily 1/2 million dollars) ordered some food in that new rotisserie and then went into the lounge and ordered a very expensive bottle of wine. When the server asked if they wanted to order food they told her that they got something from the rotisserie. She then told them that they couldn't bring that food into the lounge. SO they cancelled the wine and cancelled the rotisserie food and left. Went to the travel center instead.

Now is that stupid or what. Management is ruining what revenue potential the new lounge / rotisserie can make for the tribe by their childish rules.

More stupid actions by a group of stupid people running that stupid casino. Who in the hell does that female GM think she is? Mike Fisher in drag?

What the F*ck is going on. First they denie Indians service then guest with monet get denied. They must be tring hard to close the doors of this dumass casino

What will it take before the TC steps up and has GC act on the Casino issues? Maybe a complete failure of the casino would do it but that would only hurt the Tribe more don’t you think? The TC needs to take a real hard look in to all the people on the KBOD and EDC.

Because they got rid of all of the employees that were loyal to that stupid place for more than 5 years, claiming they made too much money for what they did. Well you know when you work for a company for 10 - 14 most times you get tenure..at klamoya you just get f***ed. Got rid of all the workers that were there all the time on time, didn't call in to go party or because they were hungover or still drunk or high, and hired a bunch willing to work for minimum wage. Going to be screwed up for them when it fails, and it will, i have saw the menu and prices, everytime i have been in there, noone is eating in there. everyone goes to tc or somewhere else.gm and kbod will look as dum as they really are in the end.

well as a matter of fact i do think it should be ran by natives! All natives from the lowest to highest positions! And some of those people are racist toward indiands who work there anyway. so what do you got to say about them racist sons of b!tches??
