how can someone go to somebody else's house and shoot two people but yet he don't go to jail? just because they don't find the gun.because he threw it over the hill they identify this man.but he still walk's free. what the hell....who know's who will be next.so if you see this fat ass go back in your house he might shoot you next and still not go to jail.........

Who is this "fat ass"????? I have not heard who it was that was shot or who it was that did the shooting.Fill us in here!!!!

The shooting took place Sunday night somewere between longstretch and Foster around 9 o,clock but I have not heard anything about who it was that got shot or further more nothing about anyone being idetified as the shooter.

the shooter was a guy named chuck. he shoot ryan and lynn.and it happened on locust creek.

This whole deal sound wrong and one has to logically question if there is any truth to it.

A shooting did occur but little information has been released. Charles Weathers Jr. was arrested Monday at his home on Hammers Drive in Foster by KSP and KDFWR. He has been charged on two counts of first degree assualt and one count of tampering with evidence. Both victims have been treated and released from the hospital but their names have not. Details of the incident are still not clear.

Thats why I keep my .380 close...If someone is gonna shoot at me, I'm gonna shoot back, for sure.

Yes well i am good friends with the younger boy Ryan he went to school with me and graduated this past year from AIS and Lynn i dont really know him but i am good friends with his son Ryan and Lynn told the guy to get out of the house where they were at b/c he didnt belong there and the guy had a shotgun and pointed it at ryan and lynn grabed the baral of the gun and pulled it away and charles pulled the trigger and shot lynn in the neck then ryan went to duck down behind a counter top and got shot in the back by his sholder blade but both ryan and lynn are doing well the last time i checked i plan on going to dover and talking to ryan to ee how he is doing. But that is all i know.

So what ever came of this? Is this guy in jail?

i heard they picked him up. heard they charged him with assult with a deadly weapon,haven't seen him since it happened. only took about a week for him to be charged if really he was i can't say for sure.

yea they chargin him wit two counts of attempted murder. it was my dad and cousin that got shot. good thing i wasnt there or that man wouldnt be standin. dont mess wit family
