"Crack Lady"

First of all the burning bush and the ten Commandments were many years apart.
The burning bush appeared as Gods direction to Moses to seek freedom from the bondage of Egypt for his people Israel.
The Ten Commandments were given during their exodus from bondage in route to the land promised unto their forefathers.

When Moses went up onto the mountain the entire mountain was covered in fire and smoke, one of the links I posted earlier reveals discovery of the entire top of a mountain in the same region blackened by fire.

The Old Testament contains different sections, both history (the first five books) and Prophecy.
The history was written by man as Testimony of how God freed his People from slavery and bondage to Egypt, their laws of the time and genealogy.

The Prophecy was also written by the hand of man, yet inspired by God.
Over one hundred times the Old Testament Prophecy refers to a birth, life, crucifiction, death and ressurection.
To understand this Prophecy as correct takes only one realization, every Prophecy was fulfilled by one being \ person Jesus Christ.
Take for example Isaiah's Prophecy, he Prophecied the life, crucifiction, burial and ressurection of Jesus..... 700 years before Jesus was born and extremely accurate, how ?
Coincidence ? no way, coincidence could be that accurate and all occur in one life span of 33 years.

When Abraham was told by God to take Isaac up on the mountain and sacrifice his only son to him it was a symbolic mirror of God sacrificing His only begotten son (Jesus) for the sin of all mankind.

The "telephone game" is something that I am very aware of, though much more serious than a "game".
Many, many times over the last several years the Bible, originally translated from the original Hebrew and Greek texts has been made into "more modern translations" leaving out, changing and adding things to suit a more modern society.
"Easier to understand" does not make it correct if much of the truth is altered.
After many years of reviewing different translations, I myself stay with the King James 1611 translation.
King James went to great lengths to assure both it's translators and how it was translated, any dispute or disagreement was settled by councils of very learned men reviewing the original text in the original language until it was agreed upon.
The KJV 1611 is one of few "word for word" translations, most are "thought for thought", hence.... the "telephone game".
I do not prefer another's thought, rather the inspired truth, nor "commentaries" another's comments on the Bibles meaning.
The KJV cannot be completely understood by common man, it is only with the help of the Holy Spirit that it's truths are revealed and understood.

The Bible tells us plainly that Preaching is not to be of mans knowledge, rather it is to be a demonstration of the Spirit and of Power.

It also tells us that "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent."

I DO NOT BELIEVE IN RELIGION, I believe in Salvation, through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
The Bible tells us that we are saved by Grace (undeserved, unearned favor) by Faith (that Jesus was the only begotten son of God that suffered and died for the sin of all mankind, then rose again)
conquering sin, death, hell and the grave.

Todays "Religion" is organized politics, harsh but true, its more about a big crowd and full offering plate than concern for our fellow man.

Salvation is in the heart not the head, it is Agape love, sharing the love of God with our fellow man regardless of who or what they are, that was my first post in this topic.

Although I Pastor and at times Evangelize I do not accept money.
I know where the Lord brought me from, what I once was.
I serve Him out of love.
You see I was addicted to crack many years ago, God still loved me.

This is a nice site I just found that might help you to figure all of this out. When relying on 2000+ year old documents that were past down word of mouth, you really need to focus on the big picture, NOT just one account. Take off your blinders and use you BRAIN.

As I posted, I know in who I believe, who or what you believe or no belief at all is your choice.

Ever consider why Jesus was the only one to become so notably famous ?

Salvation and Faith has little bearing on the "brain" Salvation is of the heart not the head.

Salvation is not "what you think" it is a heartfelt knowledge of ones personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Faith comes from two things, hearing the word of God and experiencing the Power of God.
Over the years I have lived through things the doctors had no hope I would survive, the funeral home was prepared not long ago....... I'm still here.

Through my own life and personally witnessing Gods miracles in the lives of others, I know where the truth is and the true God.

I don't have the Faith to be an atheist...... one explosion, then all this ?
Give me a break.

This will be my final post concerning any of this.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence not see.

I have done my best to post as I was led, the choice in belief or non belief is yours.

On the original subject of Debbie, she is a human just as we are, if you do not have the love in your heart for fellow mankind at least have the compassion to not further belittle her, we all have our own problems too.

One thing about christianity that i dont get at all is.

The age of accountability

That states if a child is under a certain age when they die they go to Heaven. But if they are a little older they go to HELL? we are talkin about like 10 to 12 years old.

So If a 12 year old little girl is walking down the street and a DRUNK driver hits her and she dies if she is not saved then she goes to hell because she has reached the age of accountability

What if her parents never took her to church?
what if she knew nothing of jesus?
Well sorry kid you go to hell because you have already reached the age of accountability

Now lets talk about a convicted killer who killed several people. who raped and killed and robbed people.

he gets sentenced to death and knows exactly the min he is gonna die. before they inject him he asks for jesus to save him and repents and asks for forgiveness for his sins. HE GETS TO GO TO HEAVEN.

but the little girl who never did anything to anyone has to go to hell

This i think is the most rediculous thing i have ever heard and i think it is totally wrong

Well considering it is all make believe, no worries. It is all just mumbo jumbo. You don't need "god" in your life to be a good person. Atheist are more rational caring people than any Christians could ever wish to be. Their whole problem lies in the very thing that makes them Christian. "God", namely their complete thoughtless faith to "god." What happens when "Ohio Country Preacher" develops schizophrenia or some other delusional mental disorder, other than his current delusion, from all his self professed drug abuse. Since he believes in an actual "god" (Magic Man in the Sky) how could he differentiate between his mental illness and his "god?" Well he couldn't, therefore when "god" or his mental illness tells him to kill his family, like in the bible, he would do it. This is one of the reason's that "believers" worry me. The world would be a much better place without "god." I wish I could see the day when people finally come to grips with reality and put away their bronze aged beliefs, then finally, we (humans) could live up to our potential and really do some amazing things.

Along with the drug issues hasn't anyone noticed or even cared enough to mention that she is mentally ill? Sometimes I look on here just to see what you "kids" have wrote. I can't say grow up, because that only comes with time. This site does need to be shut down, Mental illness can strike at any time. Don't be too quick to judge.

Ok, so one time i'm walking down Paint Street and talking to a friend on my phone. As i'm talking I notice that Crackhead Debbie (local homeless woman/celebrity for anyone that doesn't live in the area) is walking towards me. Shit. Anyway, over the course of the converation it comes up that I took German in high school and my friend asked me to speak some because he's never heard it before. I say ...a few phrases and at this point Debbie is about 3 feet infront of me. Instead of asking for a tampon or money for a cheeseburger she looked terrified. She didn't say a word and just speed waddled down an alleyway. I was dumbstruck. She always at least asks for spare change. It didn't hit me till about a week later that she just saw a dude that was white, bald, and speaking german.

ya kno debbie really has money but her family wont give it to her until she gets clean she has a big house, its pink im not sure what street, but my grandmother knows her family and they told her that them selfs. debbie just like everyone else has a problem... some people just cant beat it.. yes she acks for tampons and money but at lest she has a home, she just dont have the help she needs to get clean i feel sorry for her myself, some people dont kno what they got till its gone and she dont kno what she has with out the crack, ppl these days seem to need drugs to function.. its life now...
