Brunos Pizza

Maybe Brunos should work more on their customer service and customer perception rather than worry about online boards and competition.

I doubt they care much what is said on Topix. I just wonder what people get out of talking negatively about a stupid restaurant when there are how many in town? Do people in Chillicothe do nothing but eat?

Actually, they should care. They are getting some bad reviews on here for taste and customer service. With the internet, word of a good or bad customer experience spreads fast. I haven't been there but based on the reviews of my co-workers and others that I have read on here about the taste being bad, I am not going. So, they have lost my business. Cardo's also lost my business a few months ago when they changed their pizza (sauce and crust).

Maybe its time for the health department to take a trip to Brunos and see how terrible that place looks.

I have no idea who the owner is so it is deffenitly nothing personal. I was just assuming that the manager was the big heavy guy that wears a dolfins hat and sweats all over the place and barks orders and is rude to customers. If that guy is the owner then their is no hope for Brunos. You see this is not personal to me I went out of my way to get on here and write my experience I had at Brunos. When I choose to spend my money at a resteraunt I expect to be satisfied at the very least but when I go and spend my money and get horrible service and feel disrespected then I am willing to go out of my way to share my bad experience to inform others that they should think twice before going to that place because it is a waste of money and time. If you think that forums like this are useless then you are naive because many people read these reviews before they go try a place. Look at all these bad reviews Brunos is getting do you see other local pizza places getting this many bad reviews? I dont. If I had a good experience at Brunos like I was expecting then I would not be writing on here I would be a repeat customer. Instead I am going to take my business to a good pizza joint like Hooks, Cristys, or Jerrys where I know I am going to get a quality product.

It's only started because someone know anyone's experiences before going there. Nothing wring with asking what people think before going somewhere new. It just so happens that this particular place few people happen to like.

I didn't personally like the taste and it made me sick to my stomach. The employees are really rude and mean. I took my 8 month old son with me and a few friends and naturally he grabbed onto my husband's cup and spilled his pop all over our table. All of the employees just sat there looking at our table like it was the worst thing that could have happened. Won't be going back there again. BRING BACK GODFATHERS!

Unfortunately, the local franchise owner of the Godfather's got greedy. They opened up a restaurant in Dayton and turned a good profit. They raised prices here, then decided to close the Chillicothe location because it didn't make money like the Dayton location. I miss Godfather's but they'd have to go through the local franchise owner in order to bring it back to Chillicothe.

That doesn't sound greedy, that sounds like good business practice.

Word must be getting out, I walked by it Thursday afternoon and there was NOBODY inside.

That rent is awful high, they better figure it out soon.

When a new restaurant comes to town I always try it but Brunos will not have my service no more what pizza joint don't sale breadsticks or cheesesticks just pizzas and subs.The rest of our Pizza Restaurants in Chillicothe don't half to worry about competion.
