Moms snorting in front of kids

My God, what to do about this. I was told by my granddaughter her mom snorted a crushed pill in front of her, and more than once.

That's disgusting. What do you mean what do you do? You confront her ass. Period. Tell her if your granddaughter comes to you again with this, you will call childrens services. Also, I'd be finding out what her deal is as far as drug abuse. You could still call CS on her even without confronting her. Shame on her for letting her child see her nasty ass do something like that.

My mom used to snort in front of us all the time. Well, not ALL the time, but when we would make her laugh really hard, she'd let out a good snort. Now, when we get her laughing real good she snorts AND farts. And the other day, she got those "walking farts" that old people get. That made use laugh really hard. And then WE snorted. So I think this is jus a way of the world. It just a cyclical thing.

Kinda makes you question....which came first? The fart or the snort? It is one of those chicken/egg questions that will probably never be answered.

Okay, like this is kinda related, at what point is a kid too old for the parents to have sex in front of them. I say 5 or 6 tops, but my husband says his parents would still knock one off in front of him when he was going to high school. Bubby is asking a LOT of questions, but we just tell him to hush and hold the camera steady.

Thanks...she's not my daughter, but it does get uglier...she's PREGNANT and snorting in front of the other one. Plus,I am the only one who would know this so I'm doomed if I say something and so is the six yr old.

No child should ever have to go through that. Call her obgyn; tell them the situation. Next time she goes in, they'll do a blood/urine analysis, & if drugs are found in her system, illegal or narcotics, they'll call cs themselves, as long as you explain the whole situation, and express fear for the safety of your grandchildren.

Grandparents, have rites! You can take her to court, but you will need proof to back up your allegations. I do not know your situation, but if you are willing/able to care for the child yourself, you can easily get help through CS and Legal Aid. Record the child telling you, make sure dates and details are recorded. Video would be best, but just a voice recording would work. However, make sure the child is telling you on her own free will and it does not seem like she is being coaxed into saying anything. The child would be better off with a family member rather than with the mother or in the foster care system. This is such a sad thing to read about, knowing it isn't just one child it is several children! People have lost their minds anymore.
