Make Bully's have to be Home Schooled... when I was growing up, If I didn't behave, then I couldn't go outside, or on an outing, because If I didn't know how to behave, then I couldn't go... Let's Make the parents of these bullies have to handle these brats... and let the ones, who want to participate in life, school, and activities have fun, with out worrying about someone who thinks they are better then someone else... Good luck Zach, and Thank you Zach's Mom for being a real mom... one that wants her child to be a productive individual, instead of these people who raise these bully's..

Oh.. yes.. because this is SOOO the same thing. Your complaint is that I am intolerant against intolerance. Well.. I'll wear that badge proudly.

There is no logical reason for one to be against homosexuals, homosexuality, same-sex marriages, same-sex couples being allowed to adopt.. there is no logical argument against it. And no.. "it makes me squeamish" doesn't count as a logical argument.

However, there IS a logical argument to be made for being against intolerance. It weakens a society, it oppresses the rights of others, and it causes discord.

Go ahead and counter my argument... you cannot. That is a logically sound argument.. and I didn't even need to pepper it with ad hominems, which I will occasionally do when my argument is logically sound, as it most often is.

I don't know Zach but I'm aware that people in this country treat straights better than gays. I treat everyone equally. I don't know what all was said. I don't believe Zach hit people though. Zach did not deserve to be illegally assaulted or battered by anyone. People should obey the laws of this nation and I'm not talking about unwritten moral codes. If you break the law you get what you deserve.

That kid got beat up because he would take pictures of guys and sexually harass guys, that's why he got beat up. There is alot of gay kids at unioto that nobody picks on, becase they don't run there mouths. I think its wrong for him and his mom to go to the news. Get over it, and leave unioto alone. There is still homophobia obviously, even if you all had a reason to dislike this one gay guy. That fact that you don't like gays being themselves openly means you have a problem with all gays. No one deserves to be beaten or hit and whether the victim did what you alleged or not doesn't give someone a legal right to assault him.

Ok I don't know the story. But I graduated from unioto. Not going to state the year. But if we talking about the kid who got beat up for being "gay" there had to be more to it bc the u has had plenty of bi-sexual and gay students and nothing happened to then unless they were doing things that they shouldn't have been doing. I'm not saying what the kid did was wrong but I'm saying maybe if we could get the whole story out in the open and knew what really happened then it would be a good idea. Unioto isn't a bad school. It had it's flaws like any other school. And I have plenty of friends that r gay so I don't have anything against gay people. But we need to know the whole story!!

I agree! He deserves jail time for hitting someone! Bullying is a crime. I unforuentually was bullied up until I graduated but it was worse when I was in 6th grade, getting tripped by girls who didn't like me, getting called horrible slur words, who ever has bullied deserves to spend a week or so in jail!
