You only have bad service if you have a bad attitude. Those people work hard and are usually very busy and don't have time to put up with your $h!t when they come over and you take 5 minutes to order 2 drinks. And if you see they are busy, get 2 drinks for yourself so you don't have to turn around and wait again, or sit at a table so you have a server. Common sense.

No, the service is pretty bad there even if you have a table. So common sense doesn't even come into play. This is also not just when they are busy. If you go for lunch you better hope you have pretty flexible work hours because even if there are only a couple other people there for lunch you will be at least an hour and half. We finally learned we had to call ahead with our order so it would cut down on some of our waiting time. There are also countless times where my husband and I come in during the evening, sit at a table and 20 mins later are still waiting on someone to come wait on us. And that can be with staff standing around doing nothing. Sometimes we wait, sometimes we leave, sometimes we go ask to be waited on. You shouldn't have to ask to be waited on. I understand if it is busy in there with wall to wall people but is ludicrous if it's not busy. So no, the customers do not need to use more common sense. The staff there needs to do their job and the horrible severs and bartenders need to go.

Buncha white trash welfare chicks that bought a hollister shirt at the thrift store, then think their shit don't stink. It kills me to watch those girls' go in there and get banged out every weekend, only to return for the same treatment next week. I hate when I have to meet friends in there for drinks. Or there's always that one man there that looks and dresses, and talks like EVERY OTHER MAN IN THERE! It's like looking at robot clone idiots walking around. The food is good though :)

Never tried their food, but I can say their service sucks. Bartenders definitely play favorites

I have fun there, the servers are good people and do a good job considering they have to wait for the kitchen and the bar for all their stuff! They need a new owner who knows how to run a business!!

Dorsey happens to be a GREAT person who operates a successful, popular establishment. They do serve amazing food. Perhaps you fools were too drunk to taste it, and too obnoxiously loaded for the owner to take interest in your slobberin'-ass conversation. Yes, there may be a bit of a wait at one of the most frequented bars in town. Use your brain while you're waiting and order 2 at a time, or take advantage of a bucket special. It's not rocket science folks.
