Just to let you know "Just wondrin", I spoke with John on many occasions while he was a Lucasville, before he volunteered to so to OSP and he admitted that he did it. He told me that he fired shots while running over his shoulder to get them to quit chasing him and the cop got hit. He said he didn't stop and aim, and didn't mean to kill him, but he did fire the shots that killed him. Though he is not happy about it, he has accepted that he will be in prison probably the rest of his life.

WTF this is old news I read about him back in. 06. And watch a show on how he escaped. Get off the soap box.

lets make sence of this , robbery comitted police in chase wit suspect thru chilli an off duty officer wit out radio contact jumps in and moments later officers see man running down alley and bam off duty officer is lost...

Funny the first cop at the site was the child molester but john couldnt be found, sounds like there is more dirty laundry in the closests then they want to be seen . It all gonna come out in due time ....

no he is innocent, he wanted to let his brother live the rest of his time as a free man, not behind bars and misserable...the case should be reopened....he didnt shoot him officer cox and to top it off...if it would have been anyother random person dead it wouldnt have been such a big deal...just because he was an officer makes it worse...get over it he died and now johns spending his life behind bars for a crime he didnt even do...thats the law for ya
