If it was guaranteed that I would only get 8 years for beating to
DEATH someone I had argued with earlier in the day, I would!

I have no understanding how you can beat someone to death and do a few years for it i se people do 10 and 15 years for alot less then that seems to me if your charged with killing some one your life as you no it sould be over too..

Perhaps it would be better, if he had a cell at the cemetery where the boy is buried, and made to clean the whole cemetery every day (all day long) for the next 8 years. Including digging every grave by hand and attending every funeral. Then maybe he could get in tune with life and death.

Does anyone know if this murderer was a Chillicothe native or if he went to high school here? Are we just going to have to worry about this monster returning to Chillicothe in a few years or hopefully he has family somewhere else he will live.

Sounds like a real "bad ass"..... NOT.

COWARDS jump people from behind or sucker punch them, a real man stands face to face to fight.

With "good behavior" he will more than likely do a little over three years of hard time.
Pathetic, huh ?.

"Stiles jumped Bryan from behind and beat him following a confrontation between the two men earlier in the day when Stiles was arguing with his wife, said Assistant Prosecutor Matthew Schmidt."

Sounds like Bryan kept Stiles from slapping his wife around and Stiles took it personal, then snuck up behind Bryan.
A "fine" example of a man, huh ?
It's a shame Bryan didn't have a CWP and just remove the problem for good.
I agree with previous posts, only a low life coward jumps someone from behind.
Stiles should have settled any problem the FIRST encounter, like any real man would.
Of course a real man wouldn't have had to be told to leave a woman alone in the first place.
doubt it

Then live the rest of your life knowing that you willfully took another's life.
It wouldn't be prison, it would certainly be on the conscience of anyone with ANY morals for a long, long time.

I not going to bad mouth Bryan but he was the one that had 3 confrontation with 2 other people in the same day. He was the one that was arguing with his own wife when Style stopped it. You really dont know what happened that night and and styles is young and should have a chance to turn his life around. He made his mistakes and uit was a life changing to alot of people so let people remember Bryan 4 who he was and Styles do his time cause u never kniow what could happen in the heat of the moment and u could be n either one of their shoes.. live and learn...

Makes it appear that it was Stiles wife.

"Stiles jumped Bryan from behind and beat him following a confrontation between the two men earlier in the day when Stiles was arguing with his wife, said Assistant Prosecutor Matthew Schmidt."

Regardless, it's low to jump someone from behind whatever the reason.
Take it to their face, not their back.

Stiles should of called the cops if he was worried. He should of never hit someone from behind be a man dod it face to face. Stiles was just a big p#ssy by hitting someone from behind. Im shour people in the pin will see how bad Stiles thinks he is!

Some of you don't seem to understand how bad you have to beat someone to kill them. A body, especially a young one, can take a lot

I think this time will do him some justice and he will learn from his mistakes. They all was drinking that day and things got out of hand. So 4 all u boys trying to bad mouth and sound so much like hard as#es i dont c u putting ur real names on here just hiding behind a fake one.. So in all and all we c who all the pussys are.... Lol

Regardless of what anyone would or wouldn't do when this guy is out of prison in a few years, does anyone know where he's actually from? Do his parents live in Chillicothe and he went to some Ross Co school? Or did he move into Chillicothe as an adult with no family ties to the area?

Chilli- maybe you would feel differently if the life of someone you loved was taken. I don't care what "mistakes" he made, he took a persons life. He deserves far more than 8 years. I see that you are taking up for styles, would u feel the same way if he was the one dead? Would you feel like someone could serve 8 years and that would justify someone taking his life?? Bottom line, he killed a man and he is a threat to society.
