They'd almost have to do as well as Time Warner. Time Warner, who "forgot" I returned a cable box (although they wrote me a receipt for its return) and then rresponsiby tried to innacurately report the $70.00 "cost" of the box on my Credit Report.

Yeah / that Time Warner. My folks have Windjammer service in another State / they aren't impressed with their customer service / prices / products.

This is one of the best tonight. Earlier it was downloading at 1.24 and uploading 1.10... this morning it was 6.35 Download but still 1.24 for upload.

The reason most of you but not all of you are experiencing speed problems.

1. The company only has a 150 meg switch, with that said every day at around 2pm until around 1am the system is saturated. has been that way for a long time. They are looking into buying more bandwidth but it is very costly. Those cost would trickle down and you would be complaining about costing more.

2. You haven't made a service call for them to fix or even know about your issues.

3. Most of the time people think there internet is slow when in reality it is there computer with the problem, or there personal network having issues like not being secure and other people leeching of there wireless.

i had greenhills for 19.95 for ten years top notch service then went to windjammer for one month very bad service. so back to greenhills i went now happy again.

they charge a arm and a leg for there service but yet they dont want to upgrade. i can get faster internet from at&t for alot less than what i could get it from windjammer. not only that you wonder why everyone is going to dish they still charge way to much!!
