I would agree with you 100% on that....... But the problem is that the far right does not like him as he is pro woman's rights and wants to revamp the tax system so the rich pay their fare share. And virtual all liberals HATE him because he is fiscally conservative and wants to close the borders... So we will be stuck with a Mitt or A newt...... |
It is called Liberatarianism, look into it. It makes sense in some ways but most of it would never work in practice. I was a liberatarian for a while when I was young after reading Ayn Rand and before realizing how completely impractical the ideas would be in practice. Republicans love some of the stuff he says, but hate the other parts about legalizing drugs, and staying out of foreign wars for example. Liberatarianism, like communism, may sound ok on paper but it would never work. Paul will never be president. Just a prediction, but I would bet on it. |

Wow you sure are eassily confused. I was clearly talking about Ron Paul and his libertarianism. I referenced Ayn Rand only by way of saying that I considered myself a liberatarian for a while, like Ron Paul, after I read some of HER (Ayn Rand's) books when I was young. And Yes Republicans love some of the stuff HE (Ron Paul) says and hate other parts of it. And I don't think HE (Ron Paul, the person the post was about) will ever be President, Nor do I think SHE (Ayn Rand) will ever be because she is not running and she is dead. Does that make it clearer for you? Do you think you pay a little more attention next time? |

I wonder Road Toa d, how many times a day do you think you have to furiously back-pedal and deny or try and confuse the things you say during your 16 hour shifts on the Internet chat forums...? Wow, you are dumb. The entire 'speech' was in response to a post about Ron Paul, which would have been painfully obvious to anyone who understood "context", I also referenced him not becomming president. Did you think I actually thought Ayn Rand, who has been dead for haw many years, was running for president? Are you really as dumb as you sound? You and "here is one" should get married, you both have the same inability to understand context and comprend what you read. That should lead to some really inane conversations between you two. |
