Is "Here Is One" a Mortgage Scammer?

Is our illustrious Here Is One a mortgage modification scammer?

He's mentioned several times that one of his many businesses is offering homeowners this service. Loan modification is a Democratic Party program called HARP, financed through TARP funds, and administered by the new Consumer Protection Financial Bureau... A government agency the repubs and T Baggers want to dismantle. But the mexitroll is right in there taking advantage of this program while decrying big government.

From USA Today:

Other swindlers have had homeowners turn over the deeds to their homes, told borrowers to stop making their payments, or insisted they stop dealing with their mortgage servicer."

There are legitimate modification companies out there. Just saying...LOL

To win the law suit all I would have to do was to show a loss of business.
Just get a dozen people to leave a message at one of my web sites that I may be sambaing people so they will not do business with me and then I would have the loss necessary for the law suit.....

In another blog you said that you started this business in 1998.

There were no loan modifications going on then. Loan modifications started only in the last few years, due to the crash and all of the people struggling to make payments while underwater with their mortgages, and with no way to refinance.

It's a Democratic Party led program, and the repubs supposedly hate it along with any program that's meant to help everyday people.

And hypocrite that you are, you're profiting from this 'big government', liberal program, and at the same time you bite the hand that feeds you.

No, you are the one who doesn't understand. In the example you give there were two things that do not exist in this case. First she said he was all those things. She accused him of being those things. She did not simply ask if he was, she said she knew that he was. All we have here is a question. Is "here is one" a scammer?

2ndly, in that case there were damages. In this there are not now any damages, nor are there likely to be any damages as result of the question posed here.
