So just because they're teenagers means they must be up to no good? According to the article it was the non-teens that failed to stop at a stop sign, collided with the car carrying the students, and were disrupting the investigation at the scene. Looks like the 3 teens were just in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

I agree to a certain extent. Bad things happen at all hours of the day, not just at 3am but any police officer will tell you that a call at 3am is never a good one. My sympathies go out to the families of the teens. I hope that the driver of the other car gets the proper punishment he deserves and no other family has to lose a family member due to his recklessness.

The fact that you commented That this helps to "Clean the gene pool" is both disgusting and frightening. I see that you are from the area which makes your comments even more appalling. The young men that were killed were upstanding people from fine families that were working to build bright futures. I am stunned that anyone would make such glib comments regarding the deaths of four people. You should be ashamed.

It’s sad that you would make a tragic event even more painful by posting comments based on assumptions. Why do you jump to conclusions and make condemning statements before you know all the facts?

A lot of church work seems to involve molesting children, so I hope they weren't. Why don't you just let them rest.

No, there is not a stop sign for the car that was hit. It is in a remote rural area with speed limits of 55 for both roads.

I cannot believe that NB parent would make such an insensitive comment about the loss of 3 lives. It doesn't matter what they were doing at 3 AM, no one deserved to die. It sounds to me that these 3 teenagers were going to college and probably had plans to do something with their lives.

As far as the cleansing of the gene pool, your comment leads me to believe that your pool is overdue for maintenance.

As I have read the above comment, I noticed some of them were horrible. I am very close to all those involved in several ways and have known them my whole life. It is a sad situation, but indeed we all have our own planned time to leave this place on earth, it was there time. I know that Nick is now home with his family and I am glad he is, he needs some final words and friendly visits before his hearing on June 9th. Those boys were truly great people and have left a tremendous spot in my heart. It was clearly suppose to happen in God's wishes. How awkward is it to be 3Am in the morning and two cars to collide. All four boys and Nick the driver were neighbors at school and were best of friends. It was God's choice, no one can answer why, but why them why that time? No one knows. I still continue to grieve at this time because not only did I loose friends but I've question my faith several times but seem to find my way back.
I know someone made a comment about the 3AM okay, I am still young and I partied until way past then. I am from Marion Local High School and I know what goes on because I was part of those parties to. All kids make wrong decisions and no one is perfect. Everyone has drank at some point in their life and their teens its promoted. We the Students of Marion Local love our beer, love our friends, and love our parties. No one will be ever to change that and No one parent should think their child doesn't make mistakes, we all do. Not one person is innocent. I would appreciate if someof those NB parent comments were left out, according to your name your a parent, so don't thing your children are innocent because they aren't. It can be anyone at any time that lives are taken. Realize that what has happened is done and over with and to learn from it.

R.I.P boys I will love and miss you all so much

Don't do the crime if you can't do the crime. That's what I'd say to Nick.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Scorpio

There are problems concerning money today, especially if someone thinks they aren't getting their fair share of it. Mars turns retrograde in your house of public matters, so issues from the pat will need to be dealt with in weeks to come. Sort things out quickly, before they become even more fraught.
