Three held in meth-related killing in Spokane County in 2005

sometimes when you go to buy illegal drugs the seller has a surprise waiting for you.

sometimes the seller doesn't have or won't sell you the drugs but still wants your money.

sometimes you end up dead and sometimes you don't.

To many drugs in Spokane.We are centeraly located. More gangs= drugs=violance+more crime& death.Watch your back.People on meth will kill for it.

sometimes when u get started on drugs u end up in a place that u never saw urself going....i think thats what happened and when he relized it it was 2 late. imagine having ur whole life flash before ur eyes and no way to turn back time and right all ur wrongs. rip sabby.

u know people i think dont understand that any addiction starts out slow. Its all for fun at first.Then for some reason you look in the mirror one day and see no soal in your own eyes.youv lost everything & every body.Your alone all alone with no where to turn & nobody to talk to thats all you want is to die.already filling like the biggest looser in the world. WE NEED MORE people to be involved.To help PEOPLE with addiction.Any addiction!!!people on meth are still people.God created all of us equil.I GIVE GLORY TO THE LORD THAT HE LOVED ME NO MATTER WHAT.Lets make it possible for anybody to get help from any addiction.I live in spokane wa and if i wanted help id have to waite 2 or 3 months those 2 to 3 months could mean my life!!!anybody reading this with any addiction.Your NOT ALONE.GOD IS BY YOUR SIDE.wating for you to open the door.GOD BLESS YOU!Death is sad I fill for the family that went thru this.I beleve if there was more help out there.There would be less of these tragic stories METH IS SATAN

The sad part of all this is that we did not know that he was in this trouble. People who knew us, his family did not ever let us know that he was having this problem. Because they chose not to say anything for whatever reason he is gone from us and his children forever. Had we known he would still be alive today and home where he belonged. And you know who you are!!!

David Collins was arerested 2/9/08 for drugs and stolen motor vehicle, he hasnt been charged w/murder yet.

Theodore Kosewicz is supposed to be sentenced 2/20/08. Tomorrow, it's been said that he pulled the trigger.

I wonder what his sentence is going to be! as for David Collins I'm curious what his plea bargin was.I can hardly wait for Carlton Hristco to go to trial. Let's see what comes of that.

Kosewicz had additional charges for beating up his cell mate in prison for snitching on him. I'd imagine he'll do life, The courts should call you and give you updates on their trials. This Hristco has a good lawyer so that trial should be interesting.Dave Collins was in jail holding as a material witness, so at one time he made a deal to go against the others, then they let him out and they ended up putting a warrant out for him cause he was a no show at Kosewicz trial, now they have him but on other charges,so I'm not sure if his deal still stands.

I looked up the Judges calander and it has Kosewicz court date Feb 25,2008, so apparently it changed.

Does anyone know what Theodore Kosewicz was sentenced for 1st degree murder and his other charges??

Kosewicz got life.So lets see what happens to him and Burnham in prison Burnham doesn't want to be labeled a snitch. So how is he going to explain how he got off with the time he got and Kosewicz got life you know he snitched on Kosewicz.

From what I under stand is they all snitched on Levoy(the others had some plan to take care of Koss in prison,then somethng happened and Koss sent Levoy a note expaining the plan which the detectives copied,then Koss's lawyer wanted Levoy to help him out and Levoy said he didnt want to talk to anyone,he just wanted to plead guilty an they'd give him 24yrs which he felt he deserved. So then the others had to amend their stories and accept resposibility in the murder, they all forgot or didnt know that Collins was the prosecutors Material Witness (Snitch) He has to be in a big deal with the prosecutors for them to not charge him with the same, cause he was involved just like the others, but he may have mess that up if he didnt show for Kosewicz trial.

Did Amber Johnson get in any trouble for driving them around and knowing about the murder but not reporting it??

I would imagine she is their material witness too along with Collins, How ironic they are a couple!!
Amber was the driver and lied about who all was there in her van,she told on Kosewicz an Burnham for being there but sure failed to mention Carlton Hristco and Collins till later, I think she should be charged with failure to report a murder. I'm not sure she even told on Collins for his part. She sure lied about the crime and should have to pay for it!!

Burnham won't testify against anyone, even tho the others all made a pact to blame him and the others would take care of Kosewicz while he was in prison, but Kosewicz changed his mind and sent Levoy a letter explaining their plan to blame him and what he would get in exchange was money etc in prison,and he couldn't do that to Levoy cause he knew he was the one who did the murder, well the detectives intercepted the letter. Meanwhile Koss's lawyer wanted Levoy to lie for Koss, and Levoy wouldn't do it, he just wants to do his 24yrs for his part in the crime, he got caught up in the Meth Drug like alot of people,and he made big mistakes and as I said before, I was told that the news papers dont know much, Theres alot more to it, and I was told Levoy hasnt even told his lawyer the facts,and he wont take the prosecutors offer,which wouldnt of mattered anyway, I was told he only said that he didn't pull the trigger, and he felt he deserved some time in prison for his part. You were right about fear,the others would of been shot too had they tried to stop Kosewicz.I personally have known people who started using Meth and changed so much it was scarry, the drug destroys your brain cells. I know this cause I lost my ex-boyfriend of many years to this drug, he was very intelligant in alot of ways and that Meth took him over, an he loved Meth more than me. Like you said if you would of been told about Sebastians drug problem, your family is big and loving, an they would of come taken him home, but the person has to want help,and while under the influence of Meth they dont want help cause the drug makes them feel like a confused minded superman.

Yes it is true drugs do mess a person up big time . But in Sebastian' case all the boys here would have brought him home had we known about his problem.And this is a fact! All my boys are very upset over this whole mess. When we first found out about Sebastian they were all ready to go up to Spokane and take care of things, I told them all not to do anything and let the law take care of everything. It took alot of talking on my part to convince them to stay put. what they said was that for me they would do as I say. THANK GOD THEY DID AS I ASKED.

Its sad that Sebastian didnt have anyone to help him in Spokane, he was very young. His childrens mother should of had your family there when he got out of jail last to take him home.

This is true. Everytime I asked her for him she told me she didn't know nothing about him which I find hard to believe now. Because of all the rumors that I've been hearing. I pray to God that they are not true because my grandchildren are there and it worries me so much about their well being. Their mother and her boyfriend refuse to let me even to talk to them. this makes me wonder if there is some truth to these rumors that i'm hearing. I know she has been in front of the judge who is presiding over Sebastian' case for some trouble that she was in not so very long ago. She said she would be there in court but she never showed could it be out of guilt or what?

I serious believe she may have known some of these guys if she was the one from Spokane, and it showed on the court website that she got into trouble on her own in 2007 and with sebastian, it doesnt say exact charges but they had some problems allot, this boyfriend of hers is prolly from spokane too. I wonder who he is also and if he knew these guys who kiled Sebastian. The courts can give you grandparent visitation and from the looks of her recent troubles with the law that wont be hard for you to get visitation. Something is not right!Yowould think they would encourage a visit with their grandmother from out of town,somethings wrong there.....they must be feeling uncomfortable about seeing you, cause like I said I was told theres more to the whole story,and we cant find out till all trials are over(DARNIT)thru my research into this I looked up her WA court website, entered her name and shes no angel herself. Well I hope she changes her mind over letting you see your grandkids, that would really help you emotionally too!! You seem to be a very strong woman,I admire your strenght!!
