What does the passing of Irene Erb in rural Michigan USA have to do with anything relating to Paraguay?

If this tiny web site was filled with obituaries from the USA it would be filled to the brim 24 hours a day.

If she were Chinese here name would be Ilean.

Irene's daughter lives in Paraguay...that's where Paraguay comes into the picture.

And Chetek is in rural Wisconsin, not Michigan.
