This is a sad commentary on justice. The Cheswold Town Council will learn they must listen to their lawyer and they fired Ryan without cause.

The Cheswold Town Council has now learned the hard way the drastic mistake they made when they listened to a chief of police that was fired and other self serving people in Cheswold that Ryan should be fired. The town will likely not survive the amount that will be awarded to Ryan for this mistake.
Let's hope the money will come from the individual counselmen not the town of Cheswold.

The mistake was made by Mr.Ryan by not up holding the town charter he swore to follow.

Had the residents been more involved in their Government, Mr. ryan would never have been hired.
According to the town charter a council person could not take a paid position until one year after leaving office.
If Mr. Ryan was a council member in good standing and took his oath of office seriously he would have never taken the Manager position.
I feel that not only the town should bear responsiblity but the two mean involved as well. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Diako.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Taurus

It's important that you keep that famous bull-headedness in check over the next couple of weeks. Be cool, calm and sensible and you'll find that you end up with things correctly and tidily done. Stick to the straight and narrow, no matter what the distractions or irritations around you. If you think outside the square, you'll begin to see how visualisation can change and shape your life. Trust your hunches and be ready to move on them.
