Article: YOU HAD TO ASK: The late "Baldy" Regan, former city councilor, was an amateur boxer as a young man. How many wins and losses did he have? Regan was part of a Pittsburgh now lost, a time in which you could get into the occasional fisticuffs but still be a respectable politician. In fact, it could be hard to be respected otherwise. Like Democrat stalwart and world-renowned street-fighter Joey Diven, whose son Michael is a state legislator and former city councilor, Regan was an occasional street-fighter.
