There is no easy solution for health insurance for all Americans. Socialized medecine has it's good points which are in the areas of prevention. If you are in need of a total hip replacement, you are very lucky if you get it. Private insurance is becoming very expensive and there are limits to what private insurance will pay. Pay per service is somewhat better than health maitance insurance which is almost like socialized medecine. Your primary provider has to approve or send a consult to specialist. On pay per service, you do not need a referral from you primary provider. You can see any specialist you need too, any time. I do not know how Obama's insurance plans are. usually bills are written in language so complex that you need a team of lawyers and doctors to read them and make any sense out of the complexity.
