New Sheriff's SUV

I totally support the new sheriff, but am a little confused by the use of the new SUVs. I see one deputy picking up his child from practice in a brand new unmarked SUV with blacked out windows. Now last time I checked I have to pay for the gas that I use to take my child back and forth to practice, yet I am also paying for the gas he uses to pick his up. And yes he is in street clothes. Also am wondering if the blacked out windows also serve another purpose when he's parked up Picnic Hill. Just seems like another abuse of power.

Just Wondering, I totally agree with you 100 percent! I've seen the same thing. This is NOT RIGHT at all! Actually, its bullshit! Using our tax money to do this, it pisses me off bad!

The cops in Point Plesant WV & Gallipolis Ohio are as fake as they come. i have had a point Plesant police officer on duty tell me hed would not write a ticket for speeding if I would met him out at night.!! No lie i did not met him im in a relationship and Im not a whore. well what do all u haters have to say about that this is a fact. I cannot U have such low opinions of officers! There are so many stupid people that call the police every day. It would be nice if you would do a job screaning once and walk in their shoes.Also there is something about a uniform that makes women want to flaunt. So stupid! Look beyond the clothes they are just the average guy.Might want to get a job yourself and be perfect @ it as U expect oficers to be! How about everyone getting together and building our town and getting on committee's that would provide solid intertainment for our children so we can start @ the child level in producing solid citizens.... Also if there was a police car on picnic hill having a Picnic there had to be another person willing to participate!! Well, sorry you got your feelins hurt, Oliv3r but there really are cops that are crooked and like to use their uniform to get dumb women who think just a uniform is hot. BOTH are WRONG but don't feel too sorry for Oliv3r-many cops DON"T GIVE IN to the temptation. A uniform is supposed to SYMBOLIZE the job, not MAKE a cop irristiable!@@ SO...put a sock in it,and don't defend cops who fall for a stupid cow who makes goo goo eyes at him. *respect is earned not given. Officers are in a uniform because they want to be identified as public servants to honest people help in emergency situations and most of all keep our children safe. How can I respect a officers that have so blatently shown such neglect of duties. Protect and serve only who they deem worthy.

do you absolutely know what the officer in question was doing on pic-nic hill? He/she may have been on alert waiting for a (runner)someone the police was looking for.

I DO NOT dislike policemen...I dislike those policemen who are not good policemen. You have no idea what you think you are talking about. The bystander also makes a good point....who knows why the officer was really on pic-nic Hill. Maybe there was a valid reason for that policeman to be there??? I am the one who saw the SUV on picnic hill and I know this officer. He is a womanizer and it was obvious what was going on. He was parked with a car with Ohio license. He was seen there on numerous days at about the same time every day. This was before he got the new SUV. I don't have anything against the police, but I expect them do their job, just as every one expects me to do mine.
