With the formation of a campaign finance account that has enabled him to begin raising money, former Democratic state delegate George W. Owings III is one step closer to formally launching a gubernatorial bid.

I have known George Owings for many years...what you see is what you get should be his motto...you may not agree with him, however, what he tells you, you can take to the bank...lots of common sense! He has my vote (I will have to change my voting party to Democrat for the primary...that is surely better than 4 more years of OMalley's pet project funding. I urge everyone I know to do the same.
