If the appeals court sides with Ned's attorney, the case will proceed and the evidence will decide if the city's actions were appropriate. If I were Mr. Webb, I would be very careful in my actions, some of which already may result in still more legal actions being brought against the city.

He wasn't even fired anyway. what do judges and lawyer have to do with it? He was relieved of his duties. If everyone who had that happen to filed lawsuits the courts would have no time to take bribes and such. No one would want to be a judge.

I thought Ned was one of the ones who was offered an early retirement, but he turned it down... then he got pissed because Barbara Beurskins was placed in a position of authority over him, so he sued. Is that the jist of it? If I have it screwed up, please set me straight. Thanks
