Hi, looking to move to the Marlton/Mt Laurel/Cherry Hill area and came across a subdivision called Barclay Farms. It looked like a really nice area. Can anyone speak to this neighborhood?

It's a typical SNJ suburb with homes built in the period 1954-1963. Be carefull however as many of these homes need roofing and/or basement waterproofing. Be sure to chack for any signs of mold and or mildew damage and if you see the same walk away and find another as this area of CH is known for wet basements and damp conditions. We lived there before re-locating to our present location. We left to be closer with our family.
