THIS IS A DISGRACE, 4 YEARS, FOR A MURDER?
THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF RHODE ISLAND POLITICS, AND THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS STATE BEING WAY TO SMALL. THIS ALSO GOES TO SHOW EVERYONE IN THE COUNTRY WHAT A DISCGRACE THIS STATE REALLY IS.
THIS IS NOT A PETTY CRIME, AND WHETHER OR NOT IT IS A FIRST TIME OFFENSE, THIS IS A HORRIBLE CRIME. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN WE ARE GOING TO CRACK DOWN ON THESE DRUNK DRIVERS?
IF THE VICTIMS WERE THREE POLICE OFFICERS, WOULD THE PENALTIES FOR THE DRUNK BE ANY DIFERENT?
MOST LIKELY YES, OR IF THIS DRUNK WAS A MINORITY FROM A FAMILY THAT DIDN'T HAVE WHAT SO CALLED SUPERIOR JUDGE PROCACINI SAID "COMMUNITY TIES," WOULD THE SENTENCE BE ANY DIFERENT, YES.
THIS DRUNK GETS TO LEAVE PRISON EVERYDAY AND TAKE PLACE IN A WORK RELEASE PROGRAM?
THIS IS A JOKE, REALLY A JOKE, RHODE ISLAND, A JOKE, I MEAN COME ON, THIS DRUNK SALVADORE'S LAWYER WAS CICCILINI SR., THATS RIGHT, THE FATHER OF PROVIDENCE'S MAYOR, WHO IS A JOKE TOO.
IT IS NO WONDER THAT THE SHOW "THE FAMILY GUY," OR MOVIE "DUMB AND DUMBER," TAKE PLACE IN RHODE ISLAND, BECAUSE THIS STATE IS A JOKE.
IT IS ALL ABOUT WHO YOU KNOW, HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE, AND NOT ABOUT THE CRIMES YOU COMMIT.
BULSHIT!

Ryan is a good man with a good heart who made a mistake. I understand that death is the most serious crime of all but both drivers had been drinken. No one deserved to die a death caused from carelessness but I also do not belive that people should suffer for something that was not intentional. Ryan will have to live with what he did for the rest of his like which will be punishment enough. Knowing him personally I know that he is a hardworker with a good heart who will make nothing but positive choices for the rest of his life and for the good of other people.

Looking further into this I realized that the other driver who was killed had not been drinking and I apologize for my preivious reply. My thoughts and prayers go out to that family but I still have to stick by my preivious reply.

In response to Jessica's previous two comments:

Being a relative of the victim, I think that you should MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. First of all, you know Mr. Salvadore so well that you missed such an important aspect of the case: that the victim was NOT drunk. Do you also know him so well that know of his previous two records of DUI's? Perhaps if someone in your family was killed by a drunk driver, you would have a different opinion, but until then, you should MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS and stop placing comments about a case that you know NOTHING ABOUT!! Four years is NOT justice for the life of a loving, hardworking 19 year old with a bright future who was minding his own business driving home from work (SOBER) when he was hit head-on by the DRUNK Mr. Salvadore. If you do know Mr. Salvadore personally, which I highly doubt, then that tells me a lot about the type of person you must be!!

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Taurus

If you're a typical Taurean you value both your emotional and physical security, and often tend to restrict your actions accordingly. But during the coming month you'll need to spread your wings more widely than usual, whether through mental or physical pursuits. It will do you good to be more adventurous for a change, and to embrace life in all its aspects.
