Now that he won 2 seats, 1 on the common council an another on the charter review board, is he going to give up 1 of the 2 seats?????????? also what happens if he get's convicted of his offense that HE DID OR DID NOT COMMIT, THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT, JUST A QUESTION.

If he is convicted {The delay is...he wants a jury trial, not a trial before a judge} The judge can exert pressure for him to give up his seats {and Jason needs two seats latly} in order to plea bargain for probation.

Syd, true, but i do not think jason is smart enough to do this, as shown by him running for both seats, common council, charter review board and screwing SOMEONE FROM GETTING A SEAT ON 1 OR THE OTHER, IF HE HAS ANY CLASS HE WILL RESIGN FROM 1 SEAT.BUT I DO NOT THINK SO!!!!!!!!

Depends on what version of class you're talking about:
Lets say the citizens of Everett file a Class Action Lawsuit against City Hall,(because one individual will never do it alone) and Marcus is an official would that be a favorable version of class?

I lost ALL respect (if I ever had any) for Jason Marcus - not because of the allegations against him and they are allegations at this point) but for the fact that he ran for two offices in the city. I wanted charter review but I wanted it to be political-free...Look what we got !!! The voters of this city simply amaze me with their voting track record. How can he be objective on the charter review and be in city government -- if he resigns one office (which he definitely should) those votes could have gone to some deserving individual who didn't get a fair chance.

I THINK HE IS TO STUPID TO DO THIS, HE WILL NOT FIGURE THIS OUT ON HIS OWN,I AM AMAZED HE WAS VOTED IN,NEW HE HAD A BETTER CHANCE AT COMMON COUNCIL THAN ALDERMEN, NOW HE TALKS OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF HIS MOUTH, TALK ABOUT A CONFILCT OF INTEREST, HE IS A JOKE, HE AND PAUL S, NOW THAT IS A PAIR THAT BEATS A FULL HOUSE.THE CHARTER REVIEW BOARD IS TAINTED, BETWEEN EX POLITICAN , HANLON, HICKEY WHO WORKS FOR THE CITY, CARLO IS HIS BOSS,ALFRED L WHO'S WIFE WORKS FOR THE PARKING CLERK,MARCUS WHO WON 2 SEAT'S AND OF COURSE PAUL S, WHO HAS NO CLUE, THE CHARTER REVIEW BOARD DID NOT TURN OUT TO BE POLITICAL-FREE IS CORRECT, THE EVERETT VOTER'S VOTED BY NAME ONLY, WITH ONLY 25% VOTER TURN-OUT, INSTEAD OF 40% THE CITY CLERK STATED IN WOULD BE, THAT IS ANOTHER ISSUE, CITY CLERK 'S JOB SHOULD NOT BE A LIFE TIME JOB, CHARTER REVIEW BOARD SHOULD CHANGE THAT ALSO, NO JOD SHOULD BE A LIFE TIME JOB, WHAT A JOKE, THANK YOU.
