The usual shilling by the real estate industry. Houses still way overvalued considering the precarious finances of the Federal Government, high job losses/people scared of losing theirs, stagnant wages, falling personal net worth, and burdonsome taxation. I'm a renter because I've done the math! Don't buy!!!

It is basic economics 101, supply and demand. The tax credit has lowered the supply of good homes for sale dramatically by increasing the demand from first time buyers.
However, time is running out on this buyers market as interest rates will soon rise and less good inventory (not bank-owned) will only increase house prices again, due to this increased demand.

Lies lies and more lies. Who is getting loans? who is being approved for loans? who would want to pay $200,000 for and over priced tinder box? Wait make that way over priced.

Again folks these articles like the other main stream media types is all lies and Hopium.

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Cancer

The next four weeks will place a delightful emphasis on your relationships. A wonderful encounter with someone special is in the wind, and there's even a chance you could embark on a new partnership. This is a time for teamwork rather than going it alone, even if it's only a temporary measure.
