1. Federal dollars for R&D - said the federal government has to stop rewarding companies for sending jobs overseas, and provide tax incentives for those who stay.

Start with getting our money back from Evergreen.

2. Coakley said she does not support sending more troops to Afghanistan despite signs that President Obama may be leaning in that direction.
"I have not seen a case made to send more troops"

Yeah she is a military expert.

3. Coakley noted the work she has done in Massachusetts as attorney general to fight home foreclosures by trying to force banks to renegotiate loans

Thats why a family member is having her house foreclosed on. The bank refused several short sale offers and says why accept less money since the loan is federally guaranteed. The bank will be bailed out by the feds.

4. Coakley said she supports giving law enforcement and intelligence agencies added tools to fight terrorism as long as they don't trample civil liberties.

Exactly why the Fort Hood terrorist and his ilk can rest assurred that they won't be touched.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Libra

If someone owes you money and you're beginning to think that you'll never get it back, this is an excellent day to chase them up. They may not cave in straightaway but at least you'll have had your say and done what you can. Watch out for a tendency to lose your temper, because although this could be quite dramatic if you're usually the soul of equanimity it could work against you if you become aggressive or unpleasant.
