Confused

Is it true that the detention center in Cadwell is closing? I've heard rumors and want to know if anyone knows anything about it. I guess detention centers are closing all over Georgia due to budget cuts.

Yes, I'd like to know the answer to this also. Obviously it has not closed yet, but does anyone know anything about a future closing of this facility?(My son was just sent there yesterday).
