Class acion law suit against nice cars

I would like an update on what is happening to the Nice Car company and the people who have purchased a car from them

Nice cars reposesed car same day made payment.

Ray Lyle does not own that business any longer. It was bought out by Manchester, Inc, and has recently filed Chap 11 bankruptcy.

Nice cars is a friggin joke. I would ride the bus or walk before I would give those jokers any of my money.

Lyle and his whole family was sued by Manchester. Lyle fluffed the books because he was forced by the IRS to sell the company to pay off his debt to the IRS. It was either that or face charges so he sold a bunch of cars to people that shouldn't have bought them, he overinflated the books, and built up the portfolio huge and then suckered Manchester into buying it. Part of the deal was paying off his huge IRS debt plus pocket some big change as well. As you can imagine once Manchester got in there most the accounts went into default(repoed) leaving Manchester with a huge loss. They sued Lyle and his family for basically screwing him over and are trying to recoup damages. You can find the entire lawsuit online if you search for it and what Manchester claims Lyle did. This guy paints himself as a hardcore christian and he's a master at politics but he really got one over on Manchester and they fell for it.

Amazing how many "Christians" are so crooked and use their "religion" to influence.

I am really angry with nice cars.I am being sued at the present time for default of loan but was not default on loan agreement.This company agreed to work out payment plan on repairs to my car and when i arrived to pick the car up they wanted full payment on repair work.So they gave me a choice pay up or they would resell car.I left without my car.I really dont think they need anything else from me nice cars probably has sold the car ten times and got their worth out of it.

It sounds like all of you have been dealing with Nice Cars and to the person that said they came and got your car. They are not a bank and they have zero grace peoird on the the due dates and that means that if you are one day late they can come and get your car. Very much need to make your payments on time they will work with most people if you call them and be truthful.

I too have a nice car ,but,I didnt buy it from Nice Cars and I will never buy anything from that place ! Anyone who installs a so-called burglar alarm on your car does not deserve to be called Nice when they can shut off your car at anytime they want because you are ten minutes late with a payment (through the so-called alarm system)!
If someone does not trust me enough to sell me something with a device on it like that , then they better not expect me to buy anything ! Evidently they think everyone is as crokked as them !!

they removed the shut off devices this past summer. i was forced to go there after a car wreck. i had no choice. make a deal with the devil or have 2 jobs lost over not having a car.

i have not had any problems yet, but that does not mean i wont.

i had a car from them and was prmoised that the one i had that broke down i could get another one and the payments would roll over but did they no i have a 9,000 charge on my credit report they are full of sh*t and they are to expensive and you don't know how much you have paid until you see the agreement after you have signed

go to easy auto!!!!!they know how to do business in a fair manner
