That must be Brad Orcutt. He makes no effort to accomodate his customers and his attitude is terrible. I suggest White Bluff Auto on the other end of town does good work and acts like they want your business.

Not all yankees that come south are bad neighbors. But it always seems like the ones that come here to make it big in country music think they are doing us a big fvor by being here. You head out to that shop and the Orcutts give you attitude. Good luck if you had your vehicle worked on there

continued: My fuel filter was all that was wrong I found out later when I took my car into a dealer. It had sat there for a week before I came to pick it up and get it repaired elsewhere. No returned calls. Then I get a bill after having to take it to the dealer because he would or could not repair my auto. I refuse to pay for incompetancy.

No tow service there. Glen James in Dickson is reputable and used by some local law enforcement agencies. About Brad? Don't like him

Glen....not sure if they offer tow service or not. I have personally never had a problem with Brad's Tire Service and they have taken care of my car many times.

Thank you Debra and Mike I checked with some people in the White Bluff area on Facebook and had my car towed somewhere else. I don't believe everyhthing I read on the internet but more than one told me the same thing about that garage. I don't want to take a chance when spending my hard earned money.

I have always had good work done there. It's hard when you are a women and don't know much aboutcars. I had a place in Dickson quote me $275.00 to replace all of my belts but his shop did it all for $125. Saved me 150 and have not had a problem!

Brad is a good enough mechanic. We like him here in Cheatham Co. I also go the White Bluff Car Care. I just get estimaes from both.

he is ase certified and very thourough.ive helped many times on some of his jobs and his work and advice have always been very good..He has taught me alot but I will say he is not gonna win a popularity contest,but thats not what your paying for.He and his wife have always treated me fair and I wouldnt hesitate getting my auto s fixed there.he also plays a mean guitar and she can belt out some notes..

And I am not going there to hear some wanna be country star. Middle tennessee is full of those kind. Sounds like you have worked for him, guess you are geetar man too..

I say you get what you pay for. Go to a reputable service center. Ask around and check with past customers. I see a big red flag with what I read here
