Man nabbed for 4th time in meter thefts

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- A suspected thief learned a valuable lesson last month after he blew a fuse while using a power drill to break into parking meters.

I guess he saw the beginning to "Cool Hand Luke" and thought it'd be a great idea. Too bad he didn't watch the rest of the movie...

ok. wow. that guy seriously needs to rethink what he's willing to go to jail for...don't you think he could have found something a bit more profitable to steal from? honestly, how much can a parking meter hold?

depends
some can net you 46-60 bucks a pop.But usually they have about 20 bucks in them .

Joe Manchin will do anything for a dollar.It does not matter he will get out of it like everything else. His web of corruption speads all over the state.

With the high cost of everything and the enonomy Like it is Joe needs a little pocket change.With all the other crooks he has in office things are a little tight right now.
