WVEA is a joke. It would be nice if teachers really had a strong union to support them.

A union is only as strong as it's weakess member.

That's an oxymoron. The teachers make up the union. The only way it can suck is from what the members are or are not doing.

Sounds like something that AFT would say.
AFT is always trying to take credit for stuff that other organizations do. Tell us what all AFT has done. If they would be honest they would tell the accomplishments that they really did for their members. AFT is really good at running down the other union.
If they truely wanted to do something for the good for all. They would work toward the same goals then both groups could help their members get the money, insurance, and respect that teachers deserve.

To have a good union there can be no sucks that are just out for themselfs never do a union person wrong and never see a union member done wrong.Put the needs of others before yours if you do that your needs will be protected but if you allow everyone to do their own thing all you will have is a union paying service.

Teathers your union is only good as your members are .There should be no different in unions They should all have the same goals. The group has more protection and power then a single worker has.Ones voice is clearer if all say the same thing.
