What's the best bakery's? I'm from NY and plan on coming down to open up a pastry shop. Most of what I make people in sc have never ever heard of

opening up a pastry shop here is a great way to lose money unless you are right downtown where the tourists will be. Everything molds at a accelerated rate here too because of the humidity. and the water quality is shit too.
