Charles Town Observer Carlisle, PA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Mar 24, 2010 What is with the nut jobs in Breckenridge (the neighborhood off country club road). There seems to be alot of drugs and domestics in there. I remember one neighbor spray painting a giant A on her neighbors garage who was having an affair with the neighbor. There was another nut who put a giant sign in the yard that said adulterers belongings with a bunch of stuff around it. Is this a decent neighborhood?

Interesting though considering all the law enforcement from the state as well as out of state that live there!
Funny Charles Town, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 Oct 18, 2010 I live in breckenridge and its not that bad here. I know the chic that did the sign for her cheating husband... Altho I don't like her that was funny. A lot of women have thought about doing that but never done it.... idk about the drugs and domestics but i know i love it here and my street is great. There are a lot of law enforcement livin on my street and my daughter has many friends!

Not a whole lot of neighbors talk to her anymore. I feel bad for her kid. The neighborhood is OK though. Lots of cops and normal people. Just wish our prices would go back up!
