Does anyone have information regarding an accident that occurred on May 12, 2007 on Highway 76 in Julesburg? There was a cow on the road and a car ran into it. The cow escaped out of a fenced area. What I am trying to find out is if CDOT was doing any road construction at this time. If you have any info., please contact me at lori@fleschlaw.com.
