dont think much of him because he thinks he knows it all when he knows nothing and when he drinks its worse and if you are out riding on four wheelers with him he will catch you settin and ram your four wheeler and tear it up and just laugh about but oh everyone feels so sorry for him when he gets the crap beat out of him could not give him a lick a miss he is always into someting and gets out and everyone needs to know he is the town"NARK' he will get you to sale him something and turn you in so that is how he is gettin out of it what a true friend he is none really if you are a friend and make him mad you will get turned in eventualy

yes, i agree. he rants and rave all day long on his little john deer. any ideas on how to turn him in for riding that? i heard that its not concidered a 4wheel so he would have to lic. it before he can ride it on the road?? Any ideas??

Poor Bill.....He was a nutcase to begin with, add alcohol and his brain injury and you have a man with no sense. He is very violent with his parents and Grandmother. He is annoying to all the peeps on Stiker. Most hide when they hear him coming. Bill had more advantages than most of us who grew up in Chapmanville. He even had a good personallity before he began drinking. He could be the poster boy for alcohol and drug abuse. I fear that he will be another obit in the paper if he does not change. It seems that so many from this small town have gone down the same road...pills and alcohol. It seems that death is the only way they can stop. Logan County needs to address this problem instead of burying it one druggie at a time.

sounds like to me his mother needs to take him by a mental hygeine and let them come and get him hes gonna hurt someone and want get a day hes a nut case and most people look over him but some dont and then when he gets in troube he runs to logan and takes them by a warrant bill needs help and he sure dont have no respect for no one including the elderly and young kids and young teenagers he i have had to get on to him for several of his actions a few times and i will knock his head off when he gos to fooling with my children his dirty filthy mouth and the stuff he does he needs locked up to get help and his mom should do before she buries him

Feel sorry for his mom and dad. Good people. Bill was always a little unstable even before the drugs and booze, but at least you could rationalize with him. Now I heard there's no chance.
And his brain injury, btw, was self induced. Word is he got put in jail and was on the phone with his family trying to get out. They were not complying to him so he took the phone receiver and bashed his head in so bad that it caved his skull in and needed surgery. Now you tell me how CRAZY that is...

Got his as knocked out with brass knuckles the last time I saw him years ago at the bowling alley by David Conley.

it couldnt have happened to a better person he thinks hes a bad a$$ and he runs and wants to take everyone with warrants there was one night this man ask him nicely to not be cussing and waking up his children because they were asleep and bill told him f his kids and him to and the man took after bill and he run the road and got into it with someone else and got his but kicked and blamed that man and he run when that man got after him and nothing happened he stood and cussed this man kids and he was ask nicely to leave but when he run and bill does this he blames innocent people and rats on everyone that is how he gets out of evrything so be aware of him if you are smart
