You MUST think we are all idiots. Not buying it. It seems you also like to "judge" your own comments, too. I have an idea! Go to a board where you can just talk to yourself and agree with yourself all day long!

Yeah EDU you are totally right but if you dont like it so much then why are you living here? If you look at all the small towns they are all structured like this, big names and superstar kids who take 10 years to get an associates degree. If you go to the city its just as scandalous but you dont actually know the people or their entire life history. Everywhere is like this and the best way to overlook is move on and be better than those around you...I DID.
Got ya!

I am entitled to my opinion just like you are. Why don't you go PLAY on the other 1532 boards you belong to. Like you just said, you don't NEED to be here. You have so many other places to be negative.

Name calling. Wow. How juvenile.

Think back. Honey you started this. You didnt like what I posted.. So now your bringing up "opinions". Too funny! I am not juvenile nor am i negative. I just dont believe a swinger needs to be a teacher. So if you dont like that. Then dont read it. RIGHT! Maybe thats your kind of thing. Then if so. Good for you! But a Forum is for opinions. Negative, or not! You must be young. I see you dont understand what forums are for. OPINIONS! Anyhow, I am by far the last person that is negative. I am actually open minded. This just is one thing I dont agree with! Thanks, and have a greeeeeaaaaaaaatttttttt day!

Yep! Jackie King is old and should be made to retire! Doesn't TN Code Annotated, Section 8-36-205 mandate that anyone over 62 retire??? If he ain't 62, he's sure pretty darn close! I'm beginning to think/know the whole town is controlled by just a handful of people & they do what they want to do.

<quoted text>
Any political subdivision participating in the retirement system MAY establish a
mandatory retirement age requirement for all its firefighters ... provided that:
(A) The terms and conditions of the requirement shall be the same for
all such employees within its employ;
(B) The mandatory age requirement shall not be less than sixty (60)
years of age ...

May and mandate are not the same. Read to comprehend. It will save you this type of embarassment again. LOL

You should check your facts before you speak. JK never retired and never planned to, and if you think the city would give anyone a car for a retirement gift your an idiot.

You have expressed all the opinions. I have given you "proof" through our U.S. Constitution that one is innocent until proof is shown. There has been no proof shown about the accusations against our police department and chief. It should be simple for you to get the proof. Go to the city hall and ask for the minutes from all meeting. Read those minutes and publish your findings with dates. Until then, the Constitution trumps your "lack of proof."
tenessee has a state constitution, check laws regarding search and seizure, and probable cause before you think you know every thing!

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
