You could also have taken a lesson from our books on fighting terrorism. We wrote the books on beating Islamic extremism, BTW.
First, we have a foreign policy that doesn't unnecessarily antagonize people, and we try to pay a fair price for our oil.
Second, we have intelligence that actually works, so we usually stop any attack in the bud.
Thirdly, if an attack happens, we quietly and efficiently hunt down the attackers and kill them or bring them to justice, then we round up their accomplices, their bankers and financiers and logistical support, and imprison them too, except when they're protected by you or the British as "former assets".
Look up "BCCI scandal" if you want some examples.
We don't go invading nations based on some bullshit "Great Game" strategy drawn up by clueless REMF's in a Think-tank on K-Street, because we know from prior experience that it just doesn't work like that in the Muddle East.
We tried to warn you, too, but your sneering masters jeered at us and you ignored us, too blinded-by-the-Right to see the premonitory clarity we presented.
Look where you are now.
