I went there tonight as a walk in to have my hair highlighted and cut. It had been awhile since I had anything done to it!! The receptionist was very nice. My stylist, Brooke Popovich came out and listened to what I had in mind. She was very nice and took time to highlight, cut, and style my hair. She is very personable. I would strongly suggest her if you want to be completely satisfied with your look. I am very happy with my new look!

I don't understand how topixs allows certain comments to be deleted. People have the right to hear others experiences of a business. I don't see any other business having comments deleted. It's funny that the only one that is always left standing is one that is positive. that could be considered "false advertising" since it is from 2009 and the hairstylist is no longer working there. Just call and ask. What are the owners hiding?

I called for 15 minutes off and on only to never get an answer I drove there thinking something was up with the phone. I know where I work you answer the phone even if it means you say to the customer your talking to could you please hold for a minute so you can answer other line, answer second line and place them on hold, then place that person on hold to go back to the customer you were helping in the first place. You don't just not answer the phones. Due to a last minute vacation I decided to pay for 20 minutes($28+tax) of tanning in the best bed possible instead of my normal unlimited monthly I do every spring and fall figured I would start my spring monthly when I returned. I was only allowed 5 minutes for my first tan then the next time in they only allowed me in for 8 minutes. I went back in today to tan for the 7 minutes I should have left and was told I could not because I paid for 2 session not minutes but if you pay for 10 minutes you should get 10 minutes. I said so I get charged the full amount for less time then they allowed me to have. I was told I had a $4.00 in store credit for only using half of my 10 minutes the first time. First of all half of $14 is $7 not $4 and no credit was given for the 2 minutes I didn't use on the second session. All because they would not allow me to go the full time. I was told its so I don't burn, really how burnt could I have gotten for the 2 min in that last session, I am half American Indian I don't burn. What a rip off will never go there again? Buyers beware they are out to make money only not to keep a long time customers happy. I had been going there since opening for tanning once to twice a year for the more expensive beds unlimited and package deals all types never spent less than $100 each time, not to mention the number of times I have stopped to pick up a gift, or have my hair done. You would think they would have given me the time or give cash back or credit for the correct amount not less, but no I have a $4 dollar in store credit. Never again will I set foot in Naked Sun.

I frequent Naked Sun alot and have never had a problem, an overcharge or felt cheated! I believe they are required by the state to only allow so much time for people to tan in order to keep them From burning - the bed doesn't know your skin color - if you truly have a problem you should talk to the owners instead of hiding behind your keyboard!!

To answer your issue...i am sorry about the phones; ever since Taco Bell has been built, the did something to our phone line and we have had problems since that, the phone company has been out many times to try to fix the problem. To answer about the tanning issue...im not sure what the problem was, i will be happy to look up your account and see what happenen; if yoy have not tanned in along time, it is state law that you are not allowed to tan the full time even if you look tan or dark, when the health department looks up your account they cannot see what your skin looks like they can only go by what your skin type states for your tanning time and how long we let you tan. If there was such an issue i wish you would have asked for a manager to call you. We do sell tanning minutes & sessions both. When using sessions; there are not minutes left, there are minutes left on the minute packages. I would like you to come in and see myself or Jodi so you get the correct package that you wanted.

Unsatisfied customer. We are reasonable people and would appreciate to be approached so we could go over and correct or allow an explanation. We looked on your screen and you haven't been here in a year. You purchased 2 tans the first you paid for half session and tanned for 5 minutes the second you tan you paid full price and tanned for 8 min. We sell half sessions or full sessions or monthly and minute packages that way u use all your minutes. Tuesdays we have buy one get one. We try to accommodate all tanners. We r monitored by health dept . We keep our bulbs at peak performance. 2 min does make a difference . You could fry. Our responsibility is to our customer to keep you safe. Because if you over expose than you can't tan for awhile. Purchase minutes than you won't leave a couple of minutes here and there. We appreciate your business and respect your safe tan. As far as the receptionist telling you that, we will approach her because that is not acceptable. They r to answer calls. But we are having phone problems in fact they were down a couple of times for a day. $4 should have been $6 credit and they are not allowed to give money back on a check. That is our policy. You could have voided check and reissued one. We try very hard at our business every day and try to bring you the client the best. We do not want you to have a bad taste when it comes to naked sun you matter. Come in and see me and we can always fix and rectify any situation.

Even tho this type of a thing is a complete hassle for BOTH sides.It is overwelming refreshing to read an actually real postings from a business owner and customers.Not the FAKE posting that certain businesses use for FREE advertising on a format that should not be used for.You FAKE posters do nothing but insult the intelegence of the people that read the postings.Because of the other businesses that insult us with thier FAKE postings I would hope that no one gives them any business.I applaud the owner of the above mentioned business the owner did not have to reply to the post.the person is trying to do whats right and repair a business relationship.Good for her.She is not insultin anyones inteligence by lieing like other business do/

Also, could you bring a couple of ur hot friends to tan with u? We have hidden cams and peep holes in all the rooms. Quite honestly we r sick of the nasty ppl that have been coming in to tan. We need fresh hot girls. The cams r linked to a Russian voyuer website. Membership is down. Please bring in some hot young girls. Ill credit ur acct with 9 free minutes if u do. Thanks again

B.S. They are snooty and look Down their noses at people. I am sure if you drop enough money you might get the time of day. I say this from personal experience. The other customer there clearly got preferential treatment. I felt second class because I didn't go for the expensive package.

Just to be upfront.I have never been to this place.I know were it is.Seriuosly dought if I would ever go in.Old farts do not like to pay for sun.I am a little lost on the first post being dated 2009.Whats up with that?I am completly dumdfounded about how this site is used(Owner post)It just goes to show ow machines bring out the TRUE nature of some people. Can you imagine having one of "THOSE PEOPLE" for neighbors,friends,even relitives.Its not just this tread its the entire CC section.ommunicating this way was/is supposed to be some type of exchangment of inteligence/ideas.How does a person establish ethics,morals,liberty.when they are alone or with their friends and post the type of things that are said here and then what laugh? giggle with their friends? Like just because they can spell certain words that would never be used in public or come close to forming a sentence using certain words. making as a derogitory statement as possibe even about specifac people somehow thats humor?Its like the type of person we all know at least one of.They are the nicest people you know but get enough alcahol in them and they can and try sometimes to take on the world in one way or another.Now almost all of these type of people mature enough that they either learn how to have some drinks and not make an ass out of theselves or stop drinking.With the THOSE PEOPLE on here as they go along it will just get worse.The true charactor of a peron best shies thru when people are alone.Hope all is worked out so the customer and the business gets to where things are worked out
