What??? Is there actually a warrant out for his arrest? For child support? What about for all his other crimes? If you can find him how come the law can't? I guarantee you that if you or I stole that kind of $$ from that many people for that long over multiple states, we would be hunted down and dragged back to Arizona and be charged with multiple state and federal crimes. What is going on with the FBI, AZ Att Gen's office, AZ Corp Comm and who ever else? I just can't believe that NO ONE is doing anything. It has been over two years since I last saw my money and I was no where near one of his first victims. What are you guys being told? What can he possibly be doing that is so much smarter than all these enforcement agencies? What is the reason that no one is taking him on? What do they need? I still think at this point that it is going to take an aggressive reporter who is looking for a great story to get in print that will finally bring this criminal to justice. Once the details are made public I think some agency will be forced into either doing its job or explaining why it has not. Anybody got a reporter in mind? There is plenty of drama of every kind involved with this creep. I wouldn't think all the players would really relish the idea of having all this played out in the news. But here we are, another year going by with Miko now looking to buy a new home in LV with someone else's money.

And I find it real hard to believe that someone can purchase a house with over 4 million dollars of judgements against him, and yes he does have a active warrant for not paying his child support...... he's looking for a new house while his child is going without!!!! This man is such a LOW LIFE!!!!

Who did you contact to get this info or who told you this????? Because that is incorrect!!! With a warrant amount that large, YES they will send him back to Arizona!!! To all of the people who were ripped off by Miko, the ball is in your court....take your shots carefully. If the law won't do anything, you guys can put up pictures of Miko...they're already on the net, keep spreading the word about him, send emails to your friends in LV. Put a warning about him on FB, you guys have the power to stop his show before it starts again. I'm not a lawyer, so all of you law savvy people out there owe it to yourselves to find out what YOU can do to catch this guy and protect yourselves so he can't use anymore loop holes to continue his tirade.

His family will crack if they know that Bob Bernhart is showing the inside of Gavins house to a crook. Metro has been informed of his interest in this neighborhood. contact his realtor Bob Barnhart at seven zero two eight zero four seven one zero zero.....I'm sure he would like to know who he is dealing with before it backfires in his face!!! How is Mr Wady able to purchase a mansion with 7 million dollars worth of judgements against him, foreclosures, bankruptcies, FBI Impunds, and a active arrest warrant?????

To in AZ - good question about the Cundiffs. I stupidly invested through one of the Cundiffs contacts but know someone that invested directly via the Cundiffs. Good ole Jim Cundiff can't be bothered to return investor phone calls or emails at this point.

Nice of them to help Miko raise millions with this fraud and then go MIA and no longer give investors any updates, etc. Investors should could potentially claim a Sec. 165 fraud loss deduction on their tax returns (and get 1/3 or so of their investment back under this fraud loss deduction) if Cundiff and the other supposedly innocent parties actually used all their information & worked with tax attorneys on their investors behalf. But instead, silence from the good ole Cundiffs as they try to sweep this under the rug.

I initially gave the Cundiffs the benefit of the doubt in this fraud -- but given their actions to date as well as their role with the Mathon Management ponzi scheme I've given up on them.

If you invested in Miko's fraud via the Cundiffs (or anyone else) file a complaint with the Securities Division of the AZ Corporation Commission. Let's hold these people accountable -- ignorance is not an excuse when you have ruined countless people's lives.

I invested with Miko through attorney Blake Gunn. Sounds similar to the Cundiff deals. Lots of excuses from them at first but basically no communication with them now. Hard to believe they aren't guilty considering their actions now. Filing complaints with the AZ Corp Comm, FBI, Attn Gen Office are all great but still NOTHING is done to them. What is it going to take? What can we do? It is especially upsetting that Miko is purchasing a luxury home - how can he claim he has no money to pay us back when he obviously has the money to put down on a mansion? It is clear that he is still ripping new victims off or he wouldn't have a dime. Someone somewhere has to know what it would take to put these men behind bars. I would love any portion of my investment back but since I am told that isn't ever going to happen I would at least like to see them in jail and destroy anyone else. Knowing they are living the high life is really adding insult to injury.

On a side note - how do you claim a fraud loss deduction? Doesn't it require a police report or a judgement?

Also can anyone tell me how many millions total that Miko has probably stolen? Count me in for $200K.

Devastated - I am frustrated by this as I filed complaints with the FBI a few years ago. Law enforcement's refusal to take any serious action has permitted Miko Wady to continue to steal from others. If law enforcement acted promptly, you and others likely would never have been defrauded. Unbelievable!

Sec 165 of the tax code governs fraud losses. It is what the Bernie Madoff victims are, or will be, relying on to get some recovery (courtesy of Uncle Sam). It is probably the only way anyone defrauded in this con will see any recovery. Folks are kidding themselves if we think anything will be returned to investors from the many lawsuits, etc. I don't believe you have to have an indictment/judgment but plan to consult with an accountant & tax attorney soon about specifics as I know there are intricacies involved & imagine the IRS will be scrutinizing. Again - sure would be nice if those "intermediaries" like Blake Gunn & the Cundiffs (especially if truly innocent) would facilitate this for all investors given their knowledge.

On a side note, I wasn't aware that Blake Gunn is an attorney. I've seen his name in a few investor complaints. If he isn't responsive, I'm wondering if a complaint with the AZ State Bar may help? I'm assuming Gunn may then be concerned & more responsive?

By the way, count me in for being dumb enough to have been defrauded to the tune of a couple hundred grand.

Miko and Mario are allegedly estranged because Miko owes Mario money (what a surprise). Mario has two children with Ileana Weaver. Because of his involvement with Miko, Mario is now a person of interest in an investigation being conducted by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Miko has used MANY people the way he used Mario. It's how he is able to hide all the millions of dollars he has stolen. Locating Miko is so difficult probably because he uses family members and, in their mistaken feelings of loyalty (mistaken because you can bet your bottom dollar the Miko has no such feelings), they don't want to rat him out. He also lies to the Court - most recently he lied to Judge Cohen about his whereabouts (see 10/1/09 Minute Entry from case no. FC2009-090271). He is a very bad man who has hurt a lot of people, and I sure wish someone would tell me, really, exactly where he is living. Like an exact address.
