Chandler homicide investigation leads to 2 unrelated arrests

I was wondering why no arrest have been made or why the sister has not been questioned .... i mean its a shame that when u are already dead and you got people you know who were there have not spoke up but thats what he tried to call his "homie" or his "sister"
