No offense, but a lot of you sound like a bunch of idiots with your responses. Learn how to write and talk, its simple. Point is, this kid made a really big mistake. All the factors are against him now, when the truth finally came out. Everyone can defend their point of views, but at the end of the day, a human's life is lost. Weird part of this story is, he died on April 6th at night time. I find it really weird that the school dismisses him from their institution on April 15th. The hotel that their school owns, is a run down hotel where students pay $650 a month to stay in and forced to stay there or have to pay even if they dont stay at their building. Theirs a lot of underlying questions that still need to be answered about his situation at school because some of it doesnt make sense. Their also needs to be a reason why he was in that area in the first place.

what is really sad is that none of you have lives...all you can do is talk down about someone who is already gone. You can degrade him, talk whatever you like, but at the end of the day it does nothing. It doean't affect anyone because.At the end of the day, your opinion doesn't matter to those who knew him.

I'm just saying, if you're going to judge other people, you should be looking at yourself first. Anyway, he was never dismissed from the school .. I know that for a fact. And the reason he was up in the Champaign area, from what I understand, is to learn more about the PASS Program, and to meet with the teacher there. He was trying to decide whether or not it would be the right place for him to prepare for the USMLE. How sad.

Oh and the school, has nothing to do with this situation, so I don't even know why you are bringing that into this.

Toto's gone. Tragic, and heart-breaking, but he's still gone. No one knows what got into him, and no one was there to hear what actually happened. All I know is, if I was a black man, in a strange, small town, and I was scared for my life .. I would probably get in my car and drive away as fast as I could. Maybe, that was his breaking point, and something in him just went off. I think everyone on here needs to realize that he is gone, and justice probably will never be served.

And everyone on here that is writing that he was a drug dealer and all this other bs about him being a low-life and being on welfare, get your facts. He comes from a good home, and a good family. His parents were putting him through medical school, and if he had been given the opportunity to grow and reach his potential, he probably would have made more money in 5 years, than you would ever see in your lifetime.
