I called for an estimate appointment. The lady called and said she would be late. By late I thought 10-15 minutes, but an hour and fifteen minutes later I called to cancel and they didn't seem to worried about the fact they didn't respect my time. If this is how they regularly do business I don't know how they can stay open!
