Flooding along the Mississippi River may not reach its peak in the Louisiana area for more than a week, raising questions about possible distribution woes at major refineries in the region, energy experts said Thursday.
docks south of New Orleans are reached from the gulf without passing under bridges and are operational until the 22 foot level; think they're ok with this event.
