We pay to much for our water now as it is, you people are insanely greedy!
I heard that your salaries are the highest in the state, is that true? And how does your retirement packages compare with the "working" mans?
My opinion is that Northern California is and always has gotten the short end of the stick for as long as I can remember.
Those in control of our water are 'Hate Worthy".

You took the words right out of my mouth. Are the saleries public record? I'd like to see them and know what their benefits are. I'm sure it's out of touch with those in the public sector.

Do you care about the safeties and benefits for the people in the gasoline business? What about the food industry? The medical field? You name the company, industry or field that you have to or will have to purchase items from or pay for services to. Are you going to want to determine their salary and compensation package?

If you do, then you are a socialist, communist or whatever other crappy person that wants everyone to be equal!

I can not stand whiney, cry babies that are jealous and envious of others well being! If you are one of Obamas ignorant followers crying "its not fair", then I HATE YOU!

Try taking a pill, slash your wrists or something. Someone writes a logical complaint and all you can do is call them whiney? Well if that aint the kettle calling the pot black. I'm tired of these increases myself and I'm certain I dont want to be paying more for the crap they call water. It's so loaded with calcium you need a water softner just to wash your car or windows.

lol, listen to this guy. He is so intelligent. except for the fact that a communist has not been found since the curtain fell. but thats ok. we expect lower intelligence levels from republicans. I think it has to do with a-holeitus, a disease known to attack the brain of republicans. it reduces loss of understanding, increased lying, and smaller than normal _____. well you know what I mean. right "pinky" lol. silly republicans. don't forget Mitt Romney is a puppet and you better ask the conservative right wingers for their permission to vote for him.lol

This is Bull. Cal Water needs to conserve. Their pay and benefits should not exceed what the average Chicoan earns. Exploiting man's need of water for one's own benefit sucks.

Let's see how they like supporting a family on minimum wage or unemployment. It's time to downsize the pig.

The City of Chico should buy out Cal Water. The Fire Dept. would then distribute our water passing the savings down to the taxpayer.
