Imagine this......a couple days after saying the Mood's bridgem will cost 700,000 to rebuild and the six men charged were ordered to pay 66K each and have only paid 3k+ total....makes you wonder if the punishment suit the crime.......buckle down on the arsonist.....hard time should suit

I think part of the punishment for creeps who do this type of thing should be to have to do maintenance work (painting, etc) on the bridges for YEARS (not just a few months).

I hope they catch'em and beat the crap outta them. I'd give the police medals. And since they like to light fires, see how well they burn.

Typical useless lowlifes, they drag society down by just breathing. To bad they didn't die at birth; they're an arguement in favor of abortion.

I don't know of this bridge but I have an appreciation for historic sites and I just wonder what drives humans to do this type of thing. It makes me sad ! It's just like when I see some jerk throw a cigarette butt out there window after they are done smoking it.I would like to pull them over and make them eat it.
Oh please, give up on the ciggarette battle already. Everytime I come on here people are always b*tching about things that dont even directly relate to the story. Why don't you form some anti-smoking group where you live and b*tch all night about it there!

Oh puhhlease! I've been driving for 30 some odd years and never has a cig butt landed in my car. You must have a convertible. You butt bashers are really ridiculous and I don't even smoke.

Daily Horoscope for May 20

Libra

There's a real thirst for adventure as Venus and Mercury zip through lively Gemini, but the burning question is how are you going to satisfy it? Maybe you fancy taking off on a journey, whether it's through a holiday, a day break or a long weekend. Or perhaps you have got to stay put, but you're going to send your brain on its travels instead by increasing your knowledge. Opportunities are never far away, either, so grab them whenever you spot them.
