This guys should have all their assets sold off, then that money will go toward paying restitution toward the victims. As for the victims, you need to do your homework when writing a check for more then a few thousand dollars. Call the BBB, ask for references and call them, make sure the company had a land line and a physical address.

Another scam artist, Richard Wright, Wright Construction of Quakertown did the same thing to people and still hasn't been charged, I'm sure theres many of these scam artist contractors preying on innocent victims throughout the area. The state has to start making contractors have a license.

That dirtbag Richard Wright ripped me off too. I reported to BBB which was a waste of time and to the Bucks cty prosecotors office and they did nothing. These contractors around here have a license to steal. Getting a civil judgement against these crooks means nothing when they claim bankrupcy every other week and change the name of their company. BTW, this Wright character fled the state to Florida.

Is Wright Construction the same as Wright Carpentry? I know of a contractor named Richard Wright of Wright Carpentry whose partner is currently in Florida. One in the same or coincidence???
