Has anyone in this area ever heard of Photoco Inc. in Solon OH. I sent a digital picture frame to them for repairs. I've emailed them and called their 2 phone numbers never to get a response. If any one from Photoco Inc. sees this,please call Leonard Simpson you will have my phone number and adress under Ticket ID: ZLC-320812

I RETURNED MY PHOTO VIEWER, ROGER MADRON TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND ME A NEW ONE, THT WAS BEFORE DEC. 08, I CALLED AROUND DEC. 20, MADRON SAID HE WAS GOING TO CHECK IF THEY HAD RECEIVED, I HAD SENT ABOUT A MONTH AGO. WELL, IN JAN. 09 I STARTED CALLING AND CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES, BUT IT SEEMS THE PHONE IS ON, BUT NO ONE IS ACTUALLY THERE, I HAVE WAITED SO MUCH TIME LOOKING FOR THEM. TODAY I GOT ON THE WEB AND OBTAINED MORE PHONE numbers, pLEASE E-MAIL ME AT: chiribiriquin@live.com

I think they are out of business, there is a leasing sign on the front lawn of the property, I believe it's vacant. If your expecting customer service from this company forget it that is not what they are unfortunately, partially explains why they are not in business anymore.

I too sent my photo frame in for a replacement (the 2nd time) & it was not replaced, my emails have come back, the website does not work. When I call I get a busy signal.
Think we not getting our replacement frames! What a ripoff!

I sent back my photo album back in January. They told me it needed to be replaced. I call & call & leave messages & I never get a response. I have my confirmation slip & told them & all I get is a busy signal. They should refund my money. This was over $50.00 plus all the hassle & postage. They must be a scam or something. They should never tell us to send it back if they weren't going to make it right. Evelyn Dearth This is more than a ripoff.

Photoco is out of business.
If you have sent them anything for replacement or have any problems and concerns there is nothing that can be done. They are gone.

I sent my photo frame back too, back in Dec and haven't heard anything back when I call...now the numbers come up as disconnected. There must be something we can do, who can we call? I have my Postal insurance slip, I may try to contact them to see if I can at least get some info.

this is the second time this unit has been replaced,I also have been trying to get hold of them as this was a birhtday gift got my 93 yr old mother-in-law,looks like we are going to be buying a new old ,maybe a KODAK,LOL,and yes we have operating instructions for whoever that was that wanted them,email me at PJsblnd @aol.com,we will scan them and send them to you.I agree.what a scam,we paid over $70.00for this unit.!!!

I have the same problem with a brand new frame. I can't download anything. It was a gift from my kids. I am writing AMAZON they are still handling their products.

Wow! I too sent a digital frame to them on March 18, 2009 and have not received a response. In fact the post office cannot locate my package even though I sent it "signature Confirmation" priority mail. What a rip off! My husband and family got this frame for me for mothers day last year and it just quit working. I am wondering if any company stands behind their product anymore.....

My daughter bought me the PhotoShare by Photoco, Inc. for X-mas, and i have been toroughly enjoying it until yesterday, when it just went haywire. I called the 800# to find it was not in working order. Searching the internet before shipping it to Ohio, I THANKFULLY found the previous responses. Guess I'll save some postage and just go out and buy a different one.

I got a PhotoShare 12 for a gift a couple months ago and just took it out to figure out how to load photos. It just says "PC connecting" and freezes up. I can attach my camera and see photos but who wants to leave their camera attached. I see that the memory stick port does not work with a duo, I might try getting an adapter if they make one. Does anyone know if this frame works with a USB? I guess I can't send this back to the company, lol. That stinks!!

I won my Photoshare at a Casino, My granddaughter visited me this week and downloaded all my pictures and Music to it. So far its working great. She did use a USB to my computer, but the one that came with it didn't work. I had to use another one.I'm trying to find a battery for mine, any sugestions.I'm using a Sandisk memory card and it works great.

Donna -- what size memory card are u using? Do you have to use an adapter to fit it in the port? My port looks to big to fit the memory stick pro duo. It is short and narrow and the port looks wide and deep. I will try using a different usb to see if that works. Thanks for the info.

Nikki, I'm using 1 GB Sandisk from Walmart. It fits perfectly. While trying to find a battery, I went to Google and typted in Photoshare 7XL battery. It took me to Computer Geeks.com . I bought another 7 XL with all accessories including battery and carry case for $52.99. The battery alone would have cost me 29.99. So now I will have two. One to keep at home with electric and one to carry with me on battery.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE SANDISK CARD YOU ARE USING? WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO FRAME? MINE IS A PHOTOSHARE 12X AND THE SIDE PORT SEEMS LIKE IT FITS A LARGER STYLE MEDIA CARD. THANKS.
